Dr. Titilope Fasipe is Assistant Professor in Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine and Co-Director of the Sickle Cell Program at Texas Children’s. She received her MD and PhD at the University of Texas Medical Branch and then completed her residency in pediatrics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Fasipe was diagnosed with sickle cell disease as a child in Nigeria and understands first-hand what it means to live with the condition. She is actively involved in the sickle cell patient community.
