Dr. Joseph Mikhael is a Professor in Applied Cancer Research and Drug Discovery and Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) at City of Hope Cancer Center. He is also Director and Consultant Hematologist in the Myeloma Research, Phase 1 Program at HonorHealth Clinical Research Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Dr. Mikhael received his MD from the University of Ottawa in Canada. He then went on to complete a residency in hematology and a fellowship in multiple myeloma at Princess Margaret Hospital. He also received an MEd from the University of Toronto. Dr. Mikhael has a passion to help improve equity and inclusion in healthcare.
